Steps
- You need to find out what part of your body is not working correctly.
- Your body is made of many different complex parts, so it's best to try and narrow down where the problem is happening. Example: Digestive, Intestinal, Circulatory, Nervous, Immune, Respiratory, Urinary, Glandular, and Structural.
- Once you have figured out where the issue is occuring you can start to zero in on the problem.
- Use common sense to figure out what kind of attention you need (emergency or at home remedies).
- Most common illnesses (cold or influenza) can be cured of with at home remedies such as good amount of sleep, healthy eating, positive attitude, vitamins and herbs.
Tips
- It's always good to talk to a doctor if you feel extremely ill or have been immobilized due to your sickness.
- Do not hesitate to call 911 if you have no one to help you.
- Be proactive by drinking lots of water, take vitamins, and excercise at least 20 minutes per day so you don't get sick.
